Understanding our service delivery and shipping processes for spiritual services

At Ritually.com, our core offering is connecting you with verified Pandits to perform religious pujas at your home, office, or any other preferred location. While most of our services are on-site and in-person, certain digital or physical items may also be provided as part of the puja package.

1. Service Delivery (Pandit Booking)

On-Site Puja Services

  • Once your booking is confirmed, a qualified Pandit will arrive at the specified location on the scheduled date and time to perform the puja.
  • Please ensure that the address, contact number, and any access instructions provided during booking are accurate and complete.
  • In the rare case of unforeseen delays (weather, traffic, emergencies), we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule if required.

Location Accuracy is Critical

To ensure smooth service delivery, please double-check all location details, including complete address, landmark references, and contact information during the booking process.

2. Puja Samagri (Materials)

Material Delivery Options

  • If your booking includes complete puja samagri (ritual materials), it may be brought by the Pandit or shipped to your address in advance, depending on your location and the nature of the service.
  • For physical delivery of samagri, the typical timeframe is 3 to 7 business days within India.
  • You will be informed of shipping timelines and tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days across India

Express Delivery: Available in select metro cities (1-3 business days)

Same-day Delivery: Available with Pandit arrival for urgent bookings

3. Digital Deliverables

Digital Content Delivery

  • If your package includes video recordings, mantras, or blessing messages, these will be shared digitally via email or WhatsApp within 2–5 days after the puja.
  • Please ensure that your communication details are correctly entered during booking to avoid delivery failures.

Digital Delivery Requirements

Ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are active and correctly provided. Digital content cannot be re-sent if delivery fails due to incorrect contact information.

4. Delays or Non-Delivery

Service Continuity Assurance

  • In case the Pandit is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or reschedule the service at your convenience.
  • For missing items or delays in delivery of samagri, please contact us at support@ritually.com within 3 days of the expected date.
